We The Solutions’ District Leadership Initiative!
We The People, We The Solutions!
The goal is to organize these events in as many districts as possible! Contact me for a list of specific researches that must be completed before you are ready to organize your local initiative. Compiling the information on your district is the hardest part of putting this together. The greatest thing we can do for our country is provide our elected officials with something to represent. I don’t have to be elected to be a leader, but I will seek election if it helps me to lead!
I will begin by running an add in my local paper and other media outlets that reads as follows. “Does your organization or company specialize in any of the following? Education, Business Development, Ministry, Publishing or broadcast, call 254-555-5555 for an awesome partnership opportunity in Congressional District (??)” This ad would run six months before the selected date, and would run for three months.
We would start looking into the leads that follow to register attendees, this event must be free of charge. Our goal is to identify the organizations that will best connect for healthy municipal growth within the host district. The conference will host break out sessions for each specific aspect of municipal growth. The four key aspects are education, business/(community development), general welfare/(ministry), and citizen communications (Publishing/Broadcast/Entertainment). This convention will be the vehicle that takes Citizen Led Solutions into the hearts of ALL citizens.
We will use our influence to lead our district and surrounding areas in healthy growth. This convention will culminate with an army of leaders focused in specific ways on the prosperity of our people. The best of us alone do not compare to all of us united!
OPENING FORUM
The opening forum will consist of local and national speakers. The main forum will serve to explain the purpose of the initiative and brief summaries of each break out session. We will not hold multiple break out sessions at once because we want everyone to be able to attend any session they are interested in. This initiative will not aim to bring in people from outside of our home district but we will not turn anyone away. The whole point is to focus teams on local leadership, this will not be a show but rather a major conservative planning session!
FUND RAISING- We will work collectively to put together a fund raising committee. This committee will help us to fund our own solutions as a district. We will make our books public so citizens can see what their donations add up to. We will offer no more room for money to corrupt! Citizens will be able to contribute a specific amount then look online to see for them selves what that money equaled up to in solutions. All money will be accounted for by the People. Any donations made on my website for our first event will also be posted for all to see. You will recognize your donation by the specific amount, date and time you contribute, names will NOT be reveled.
PURPOSES OF BREAK OUT SESSIONS
EDUCATION- The education aspect will consider the number of schools, students, teachers, age groups, private education organizations and other resources relevant to effective education. The break out session will be led by a panel of at least three. Through open discussion with community representatives present, after explaining the purpose and plan constructed by registered individuals and organizations, deliver and discuss the “Effective Education Plan”. This plan will consist of the best methods including how to form the best alliances for effectively engaging our city’s youth and preparing them to be productive contributors to society. A public push for City and County Government being taught in Middle School as well as Mock Business Development for Students. (The plan will be drafted before the event, notes and critique will take place at the event.)
BUSINESS/COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT- This aspect will consider the number of businesses, unemployed, underemployed and the different markets on the district level. This break out session will also be led by a panel of at least three. The purpose of this break out session is to deliver the “Effective Development” plan to expand the local economy inward. What companies have the most potential to create jobs if upgraded? What organizations will be best equip to handle these upgrades and how would the businesses benefit local communities? The community representatives present will suggest their company’s involvement or the involvement of others, either way we pull solutions from the people. We will support real community development, not by talking about it but by being about it. As we learn and create the inner workings of these greatly effective systems, we will work to expand them throughout our district and eventually our great States. Our definition of leadership is working EVERY day to bring about the changes necessary to promote social prosperity. Please do not mistake the term promote with the term provide. All we can, and all we should provide, is effective promotion!
MINISTRY- Here, we will consider home ownership, family needs, small groups and the current welfare system. The goal here will be a system of social elevation, with a clear beginning and a clear end. We want a welfare “promotion” system that serves to elevate the standard of living for anyone in need. We are working on a system titled “A Hand Up” and this session will fill in the gaps of that system by identifying citizens or organizations that would oversee the different stages of the system. We will offer information and help to those that wish to help themselves and expose laziness for what it is, Lazy! Expect drug test, community service and transparency as a part of this outreach, we will not be enablers!
CITIZEN COMMUNICATION- Broadcasters, publishers, bloggers, and informed citizens will be wise to participate in this session. Here, we will start with an outline and end with a hardlined system of communication with citizens. This may be the most complicated system to create. We must consider the map of our area, break it down to communities, then create individual strategies for permanently communicating with each neighborhood. What will we communicate? Problems and solutions! Outside of radio and tv, how do we keep a line of communication open? We will ensure citizens that when they report a local problem to us we will make sure elected officials hear about them, and then report to them what the response was. In turn we will have the ability to connect with citizens to encourage voter registration, offer election dates and provide facts about candidates. This will serve to eliminate any candidate that isn’t about solutions and Municipal Independence.
Each plan that we finalize will be used to do a series of radio and T.V. commercials as well as articles and other promotions. We will promote each plan or system individually, as separate but united causes, directly to the markets most likely to support them. This initiative of solutions will be a major factor in bringing strength and integrity back to leadership circles in our great nation. We are thinking district prosperity, the less we need from the government in our district the more our representatives will have to represent in the state and national capitals! When we recognize our liberty to act we cripple those that wish to maintain pointless arguments. If this initiative seems futile to you, I will only say this, I serve an Awesome God that has blessed me with a will that is stronger than the fear of death! I have a genuine love for people and freedom and I dedicate all my life’s energies and resources to whatever is best for both.

We will not begin our initiative until we reach $10,000.00 in donations. When we do this we must have everything we need. If you attempt to put this together with a purse of anything less than $10,000.00 you will be taking a chance that we are not willing to take.
