From Volunteer to Executive Director!

We are excited to announce a beautiful new season for Right Track Ministries. Our organization was founded and carried, with great sacrifice, for five years by Marshall Lopez and a core group of leaders and supporters. Marshall offered me my first job in ministry in 2008, first as a volunteer then as paid staff, when he met me walking the streets of Waco trying to make a difference. In two short years I have worked hard, learning from Marshall and seeking to better myself in many ways. I am proud to officially announce that I am now the new Executive Director of Right Track Ministries. Today our ministry holds the 2009-2010 Golden Apple Award for Partners in Education with WISD and we have also expanded our services tremendously. As we work with hundreds of students, offer guidance and support to our incarcerated youth and organize clean up and development projects throughout our city, we need your support now more than ever. Right Track is On Track to becoming a leading factor in every aspect of young people’s lives in our area. Help us continue to grow by spreading the word, attending our monthly volunteer meetings or pledging one time or monthly financial contributions. Our monthly meetings will be held the final Tuesday of every month starting very soon, location to be announced.
